商品のお届け時期

当ショップでは、ご依頼を頂戴してから一点ずつ丁寧にお作りする「受注生産品（ライフスタイル関連）」と、コンディションを見極めてお届けする「植物・生き物（グリーン関連）」を取り扱っております。

［お届けの目安］
代金のお支払い確定後（後払い決済の場合はご注文確定後）、通常以下の日数で発送いたします。

・グリーン関連（植物・生き物等）：2〜3日程度での発送
・ライフスタイル関連（アパレル・雑貨等）：2週間程度での発送（受注生産）

We offer made-to-order items (Lifestyle products) and biological items (Green products).

[ Shipping Schedule ]
Orders are shipped within the following timeframes after payment confirmation:
■Green Products (Plants, Living things, etc.): Shipped within 2–3 days (Japan domestic delivery only / Not available for international shipping)
■Lifestyle Products (Apparel, Goods, etc.): Shipped within about 2 weeks (Made-to-order)

*For international orders via WorldShopping, the schedule above represents the timeframe for dispatching Lifestyle products to the domestic warehouse. Additional time will be required for international transit to your destination.

返品について

お届けする商品は一つひとつ厳しく検品を行っておりますが、万が一、商品に初期不良や不具合がございました場合、速やかに返品・交換の対応をさせていただきます。
